Hi, it's ya girl Kelsey Morgan Jarboe, and I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 23. It's a bit of an unexpected twist for someone with a B.S. in Zoology from Kentucky Wesleyan College, located right in my hometown. While my education may have pointed towards the skies, I found myself struggling to find a job in my field.

My path into the world of real estate began with a casual conversation at the gym with a friend. Little did I know, this chat would lead to a life-changing decision. Selling real estate at 23 came with its fair share of challenges, but I was determined to succeed.

Fast forward nearly a decade, and I now own multiple businesses that are intricately connected with the world of real estate. Among these ventures, I've launched an Airbnb named "The Bluegrass Barbie" in my hometown of Owensboro, Kentucky. I've built a seven-figure rental portfolio, and I lead one of the most prominent real estate teams in Kentucky.

But my journey doesn't stop there. I'm not only a successful entrepreneur but also a coach, hosting masterminds to help others level up their skills and businesses. Recently, I created a Facebook group that has rapidly grown into a vibrant community called "Leading Ladies - Women Who Wow." This group is a place for women to connect, learn, support, engage, and evolve together.

From this online community, I've expanded my efforts into the real world with "Girl's Night," held every third Thursday of the month in my hometown. It's a unique and free opportunity for women to spotlight local businesses, collaborate, network, mingle, and brainstorm. Our community lacked such an inclusive space, so I decided to fill that void. I identified a need, created a welcoming environment, and have been thrilled to see it flourish.
